Global Excel now provides 24-hour secure claim access. Designed to provide policyholders with real-time claim information, the Claimant Portal allows you to:

• View your claim status
• Update your personal information
• Send Global Excel a question

If you are already a registered user of the Global Excel Claimant Portal, simply log in to view your claims. To log in, you will need:

• Your claim number
• Your login name (the e-mail address you registered with)
• Your password

This service is provided to policyholders who have opened a claim with Global Excel. In order to access the Claimant Portal, you must first register by providing the following information:

• A valid claim number
• Your e-mail address (the same address you provided during claim opening)
• Your date of birth
