If you have had a change in medication since you purchased your insurance, you must advise your travel insurance company prior to your departure. Otherwise this may have a great impact when claiming and could result in a denial.
If you have a medical emergency during your travel, contact us before consulting with a doctor or as soon as reasonably possible.
Some sports activities may not be covered such as bungee jumping or scuba diving. Please refer to your insurance policy.

If you plan on extending your trip you must call in for extra coverage for those days, even if it is for only one day. You are better safe than sorry.Carry your policy and card with you at all times.
- Advise someone at home, either a friend or relative, that you have travel insurance. Provide them with your policy number and insurance company contact.
- Do not carry cash. Use the safe in the hotel to keep your cash, passport and travelers cheques.
- Do not leave baggage unattended.
- Avoid taking any valuables with you.
- Keep valid proof of your travel dates. These could be required should you have an emergency.
- Consume plenty of bottled water; dehydration is common during traveling.
