• Advise someone at home, either a friend or relative that you have travel insurance.
• Keep a copy of your travel insurance policy and card with you at all times.
• Contact us before consulting a doctor or as soon as reasonably possible.
• Keep valid proof of your travel dates; these could be required should you have an emergency.
  
  

Claming tips

1. A deductible will be applied to your claims if applicable.
2. Provide the original bills when claiming.
3. Keep photocopies of your original bills.
4. Mark your file number or policy number on the bills.
