Important notice

Due to ongoing challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently experiencing higher-than-normal volumes of calls and claims. As such, we are currently unable to offer the call times we strive to achieve and we expect the settlement of your claim could take up to 6-8 weeks. We will provide you with an email notification with your claim number once the process has begun as well as an email confirmation once your claim has been settled. We will also communicate with you should we need additional information throughout the process.
